We recently honored General Maryanne Miller (AMC/CC) as an Outstanding Alumni and unveiled her honorary plaque on the 3rd floor of Converse Hall.
After the ceremony, General Miller was honored during the pregame of the Ohio State vs. Maryland football game where she performed the honorary coin toss.
General Miller is currently the only female four-star general in the U.S. Department of Defense.
A native of Hilliard, Ohio, Miller graduated from The Ohio State University in 1981 and was a two-year member of the softball team. She helped the Buckeyes make their first postseason appearance in program history at the 1978 AIAW Regional and took them back the following season.
